Seclusions offers 6 log cabins, with all interiors & features the same in each. While we love little ones, we are an adults only retreat when we are not hosting weddings. Each with a panoramic view of the picturesque country side we are so fortunate to call home. We offer a self check in, providing details via SMS before arrival allowing you the opportunity to not have to see us at all for complete privacy. We do live on site should there be an emergency and provide our hours of availabiblty during your stay.
We open the gates to our home for you to esacpe the daily & to disconnect to reconnect. Thats right no WIFI, however if you need your fix, then we do have good mobile phone coverage & this can be used to connect to our TV's to use your Netflix or streaming account or we provide Foxtel in all cabins. Otherwise you can immerse yourself with a good book on the privacy of your verandah, cook a bqq with one of our self cook bbq boxes while watching the sunset & the resident kangaroos grazing.
Why not have a hit of tennis or take a dip in our seasonal pool (November - March). Whatever it is you choose to do, ultimately Seclusions is all about relaxing with your favourite person, disconnecting from the stresses of life in the comfort & serenity that we offer. Opportunities are endless for exploring our beautiful region.
Welcoming you to your cabin will be a cosy atmosphere created by the warm timbers, intimate design, creature comforts & little surprising extra's for you to enjoy.
Included in your cabin -
Kitchenette - with mini fridge, 2 burner gas cooktop, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glassware, mircowave, toaster, kettle & all the little extras such as salt, pepper, papertowel, alfoil, clingwrap, oils, dishwashing liquid, bug spray & bug repellant. A small supply for your stay of tea/coffee, hot chocolate, sugar & UHT milk.
Lounge - with 2 seater lounge, coffee table, lamp, tv unit with board games and a selection of books/magazines, 43" LED/HD tv, gas log fire & 2 person dining area.
Board games, books & magazines.
King bed - with luxury linens, bedside tables & lamps.
Private Ensuite - 2 person deep corner spa bath, towels, robes & luxury bathing products, including additional towels, tissues, toilet paper & Ikou bathing products to enjoy.
Private Balcony - 2 chairs, table & gas bbq.
Parking is available at each cabin for 1 car. We do not offer EV charging, there are several locations in Lithgow available.
Things to do -
You are welcome to roam the grounds of our home that are not fenced or gated off, organise a picnic hamper with blanket or an antipasto box, pick a nice spot to relax to enjoy the views & serenity. Head down & say hi to our resident fur family of Scottish Highland Coos & Alpacas, we can also organise some apples & carrots for you to feed them if you wish or why no pre-book our Coo's Experience where you can get up close and personal to brush, feed, take photos and spend up to 1hr with them.
We suggest Lithgow Tourism https://tourism.lithgow.com visiting to help plan your getaway within the Seven Valleys while staying with us at Seclusions. Being amongst the seven valleys, we are surrounded by incredible locations & attractions to keep your adventurous soul happy, or if your are looking for something close & easy, we have things to do only 5 mins from your cabin, including a secret look out, Lake Lyell canoeing or a hit of tennis.
