1. Promoter

The promoter is Blue Mountains Wedding Collective, trading as Seclusions, of209 Martins Rd, Rydal via Lake Lyell NSW 2790, NSW (“Seclusions”).

2. Competition period

The competition opens at [time] on [date] and closes at [time] on [date]. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Seclusions, and anyone involved in administering or judging the competition, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

To enter, eligible entrants must visit the Seclusions competition page during the competition period and:

• provide their name and valid email address; and

• answer the question: “How would you spend your perfect stay at Seclusions?”

Entry is free. Limit of one entry per person.

5. Game of skill

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Eligible entries will be judged by representatives of Seclusions based on originality, creativity and how well the response captures the spirit of a Seclusions escape.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize

One winner will receive a Seclusions escape valued at approximately $935, comprising:

• a two-night mid-week adults-only cabin stay for two (valid for 6 months);

• Selection of one package from the one breakfast options, antipasto box with wine or fondue

• one private Coos Experience.

The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed by [date]. Blackout dates may apply, including school holidays/public holidays/peak periods if applicable.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If an advertised component becomes unavailable, Seclusions may substitute an item of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

7. Winner selection and notification

Judging will take place on [date] at [location].

The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry by [date].

The winner must respond within [7 days] to claim the prize. Seclusions will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within that period, Seclusions may select the next highest-rated eligible entry.

8. Prize booking

Accommodation dates must be agreed directly with Seclusions and are subject to availability. Any costs not specifically listed as part of the prize, including transport to and from Seclusions and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Entries

Entrants must submit their own original response. Seclusions reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, offensive, fraudulent or otherwise do not comply with these terms.

10. Personal information

Personal information supplied when entering will be used to administer the competition, including contacting the winner.

Entry into the competition does not require entrants to subscribe to marketing communications.

Entrants may separately choose to receive Seclusions news, offers and inspiration by selecting the optional marketing consent checkbox on the entry form.

11. Marketing consent

Where an entrant separately opts in to marketing, Seclusions may send occasional promotional emails in accordance with that consent. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

12. General

To the extent permitted by law, Seclusions reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the competition from proceeding as intended.
